Had a really good 3 days learning to scramble with ropes in Ogwen Valley and on the coast with Rob. Rob tailored the course to fit us and has given me the confidence to take others safely up some routes !

Cannot recommend Rob and Huw enough!! Such a great ML course and learnt so much!! Huw didn’t once give us the answer but instead always helped lead us to figure it out!

I recently took part in a 5-day classic scrambles course in Snowdonia with my mum. It was an incredibly fun experience helped by the spectacular (and not always guaranteed) sunshine. We did a mixture of Grade 1-3 scrambles and Rob and Huw were excellent guides with great conversation, who always made us feel safe and supported. The routes can sometimes be a little challenging and scary, but Rob and Huw were excellent at talking us through the tricky bits and encouraging us to keep going. I highly recommend giving this a go.

Booked onto the Classic Scrambles week and really enjoyed it. Rob & Huw were great and really helpfull. We did routes that none of us had previously done so that was good. Unfortunately missed one day due to being locked out of where I was staying and last 2 days due to nerves in taking on grade 2 & 3. Regret that now but have already booked onto next years week in July. Would recommend the Classic Scramble week to beginners too.

Great trip, great instructor, learnt a lot of new skills, good climbing at different venues
